It has been a hectic and tiring couple of days. I must say though it has been worth it! I spent Eid day and the weekend with my family, I can't tell how happy it made me as well as them that we all  spent Eid together!!No matter what ups and downs we may have in life Allah (SWT) has blessed us with family, not only our immediate family,but uncles, aunts,cousins & grandparents. Almighty Allah has truly blessed us with the greatest treasure of all, we all have our faults and are imperfect, but at the same time, Allah has chosen for us that particular set of relatives in HIS wisdom.. My prayer for my family and everybody out there is to grant every family unity amongst themselves, I believe that if we can acheive this amongst ourselves, it can be acheived within our communities, if we have unity WE can overcome the worst challenges!!

I saw this on a newsletter that I received on e-mail today. Thought I'd share it. Its very true... I am very guilty of squandering time, if I had to be accountable for every minute of the day I would be very sorry. I would like to be more aware of time and how I spend it. What's time worth to you? Do you actually handle time as money, not just give lip service to the idea? Can you tell me what your time must be worth per minute to achieve your income goals? You know why it's difficult to find a clock in a casino? Casinos are designed to separate you from as much of your money as possible - to make you a loser - and that is best done by dulling your sensitivity to the passing of time. The same principle applies to your business life. The surest way to be a loser is to be casual or insensitive about time.

I have WANTED one for AGES!!And finally my WONDERFUL DAD bought me one:) I have it for awhile now, but I  simply don't have the time to use it! I probably used it twice so far! Yeah, the South African girl craze, every girl wants one! It maybe be overrated but nothing does the trick like a GHD. Oh I wear hijaab but I had to have a GHD, perhaps its crazy but I think its worth it, even if I'm just going to parade around the house, it looks so much smarter in my GHD straightened hair,haha (btw my hair is straight, okay perhaps I am CRAZY)

I meant to blog more often, but there are days when I cannot find the time! Only a couple more days left for Ramadhaan, it really went too fast, this year I really fet that there has just not been enough time in the day, mostly I think because we break fast early (before 6:00pm), and even thoh it may be good because its a short day, I must say there's just not enough time to get as much Ibaadat done as I would like to get done. Anyway as Ramadhaan leaves, I just make dua that Allah bless us all with many more Ramadhaans filled with barakah & blessings. Also to take advantage of what's left of this great month and to remember the flood victims of Pakistan, the Palestinians and basically all of the Ummah who finds themselves in difficult trying times, May Allah grant them all relief from their pain & sufferings, Aameen! There is way too much that I have to thank Allah (swt) for! I still ask Allah to answer all my dua's, goals and dreams, and to fulfill them in a...
